This client couldn’t be closer to home… she’s our Managing Director, Caroline Latus! Over the past 4 months, Caroline has entrusted her in-house team to design her website, take charge of her on-site photography, and help to mould her brand tone of voice. Going from heading up a full-service agency to providing Facebook marketing services on her own – Caroline wanted her new branding to reflect her as an individual. And luckily, her very own marketing team knows her pretty darn well! When designing the website, we used a neutral colour palette, `blog type` language, and soft messaging to invite clients for a coffee and a chat, rather than hard & fast conversions.

Content Creation With Character:
When preparing Caroline’s on-site copy, we zoomed in on how she walks, talks, and acts in real life. You know when you’re watching a chick flick and somebody says `what would Beyoncé do?`, well we just had to think `what would Caroline say?` each time we put fingertips to keyboard… and there was our next paragraph. Caroline wanted her clients to know they were contacting her directly from the initial enquiry, and we found that using her TOV was the only way to achieve that.
